Episode 28: What Type of LSAT Prep Program Should You Take?

In this week’s podcast, we answer questions about the different types of LSAT prep programs, and which one is best for you. Here’s a look at our discussion:

  • What’s the best way to study using the LSAT test prep books I purchased for the June test?
  • Should prospective law students take a LSAT prep program?
  • What is the advantage of taking an in-person LSAT prep class?
  • Are online LSAT prep classes helpful, and who are the best candidates for those programs?
  • Should students hire a LSAT tutor?

Take a listen and let us know what you think.

  1. Listening to the podcast. To add a point of trivia: it is absolutely correct the mindset about walking on coals is total bunk. To walk on coals, they had to have been burning long enough to break down to a size where they can be raked into a smoother/level surface and also accumulate enough ash to insulate the foot long enough to prevent burns for the duration of the step.

Thank you for the podcast, I listen to about 2 episodes per week as my job allows then continued to work on 1-2 LSAT sections per night. I’m slowly but surely closing in on my goal of 160!

    1. You’re welcome! Thanks for the intel on the firewalking hoax. And thanks for listening!

  2. Thank you guys for this podcast. I have started listening just last week during my shifts at work. I listen all day while sitting at my cubicle. Now I’m on episode 29 which is crazy because it’s only been 6 days. Great information even though I haven’t even made it through half of the podcasts. I am starting my prep slowly but surely (an hour a day) as I’m preparing for the June 2018 LSAT. I love all of your tips and you guys are great. Keep up the good work!!

    1. Thanks Alexis! I guess it’s kinda silly, but compliments like this really do help me (and I assume, us) stay motivated.

If you run across any gems in the back catalogue, please let us know! We’d love to produce a “Best Of” show at some point, but we don’t know what to include…
